Gina
Gerardi is an associate with Matushek, Nilles &
Sinars, L.L.C. She concentrates her practice on product liability,
toxic torts, and occupational injury claims. Much of her practice
involves asbestos litigation.
Legal
Experience: Ms. Gerardi has defended product manufacturers
in product liability, construction defect and personal injury cases
throughout the State of Illinois.
Professional Memberships: Ms.
Gerardi is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the
Chicago Bar Association.
Education: Gina Gerardi earned
her Juris Doctor from The University of Miami School of Law, where
she served on the Moot Court Board after achieving Co-Champion of
the 1L Moot Court Competition. She received her undergraduate
degree in Speech Coommunication with Distinction from the
University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
Admitted to Practice: Ms.
Gerardi is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme
Court.
