James
T. Rollins is an associate with Matushek, Nilles
& Sinars, L.L.C. Before joining Matushek, Nilles & Sinars,
L.L.C., he worked in senior claims management of envronmental, mass
tort, and high exposure claims with CNA Insurance Company and
Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Much of his practice involves
asbestos litigation.
Legal
Experience: Mr. Rollins has successfully defended numerous
product liability, transportation law, construction defect and
personal injury cases throughout the State of Illinois. He
also has significant appellate
experience.
Professional Memberships: Mr.
Rollins is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, and the
Illinois State Bar Association.
Publications: Jim Rollins is a
former Editor of the Illinois State Bar Association Law Student
Division Newsletter.
Education: Mr. Rollins received
his Juris Doctor in 2003 from Valparaiso University School of Law
School, where he was President of Phi Delta Phi International Legal
Fraternity. He completed his undergraduate studies at DePaul
University.
Admitted to Practice: Mr.
Rollins is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court,
and the United States District Court for the Northern District of
Illinois.
