Megan S. Marzec is an
associate with Matushek, Nilles & Sinars, L.L.C. She
concentrates her practice on product liability, toxic torts, and
occupational injury claims. Much of her practice involves asbestos
litigation.
Legal
Experience: Ms. Marzec has defended product manufacturers
in mass toxic tort and product liability cases,
including multi-party personal injury claims involving asbestos
exposure.

Associations: Ms. Marzec is a member of the Chicago Bar
Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
Education:
Megan Marzec earned her Juris Doctor, with honors, from
Chicago-Kent College of Law. While in law school, she was a Dean's
Scholar. Ms. Marzec received her undergraduate degree in Finance in
2001 from the University of Illinois at
Champaign-Urbana.
Admitted to
Practice: Ms. Marzec is admitted to practice before the
Illinois Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois.
