From its inception, Matushek, Nilles & Sinars, L.L.C. has successfully defended numerous companies in product liability and negligence suits, including asbestos personal injury, toxic torts, construction defects, transportation law, and aviation crashes. Matushek, Nilles & Sinars, L.L.C. additionally defends long term care facilities in medical negligence and aging services claims, and has successfully defended negligent hiring and supervision claims based on sexual abuse of minors that were brought against community organizations. 

Our clients range from national product and equipment manufacturers and regional distributors, to contractors and premises defendants, including long term care facilities and not-for-profit organizations.  The firm also serves as panel counsel for several major insurers in the areas of toxic torts, including asbestos, chemical exposures, and benzene claims, and we are national coordinating counsel for a product manufacturer in the defense of its mass tort claims.
