Danielle K. Kegley
Danielle K. Kegley is an associate with Matushek Nilles LLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of asbestos litigation, product liability, and toxic torts.
Legal Experience: Ms. Kegley previously practiced in the areas of business and commercial litigation, personal injury, and appellate law with a small Chicago firm.

Education: Danielle Kegley earned her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, where she was a teaching assistant for her Torts Law professor, and President of The JMLS Women’s Law Caucus and Co-President of the Fair Housing Association. Danielle also received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for her classroom performance in Illinois Constitutional Law and Fair Housing and Fair Lending, as well as the Samuel W. Witwer Award for Excellence in the Study of the Illinois Constitution. Ms. Kegley received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, with a minor in Political Science and Psychology, in 2012 from the University of Evansville, in Evansville, Indiana.
Admitted to Practice: Ms. Kegley is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
