Randy has handled hundreds of asbestos injury cases with the majority of the cases being dismissed through the granting of dispositive motions.
Legal Experience: Mr. Smith has tried seven jury trials and five non-jury cases to verdict. He has also successfully litigated over thirty arbitrations. His practice includes construction negligence, commercial litigation, products liability, auto liability, premises liability cases and coverage issues. He has significant experience in evaluating complex medical issues. He has represented an insulating contractor in asbestos litigation throughout the State of Illinois for the past thirteen years.
Education: Randy Smith graduated from Loyola University of Chicago Law School (J.D. 1985). He was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts (1983).
